Service Referral Program – Terms

How it works

1. Refer a friend or family member to our service department.
2. The referred customer must provide your name or phone number at the time of booking or check-in.
3. After the referred customer completes and pays for a qualifying service, a $20 service credit will be added to your account for a future visit.

Program Rules

• The referred customer must be a new service customer.
• The referral must be identified before or during the service visit. Retroactive requests are not accepted.
• One $20 credit will be issued per successful referral.
• Credits may only be used toward future service work.
• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.
• Credits cannot be applied to the same visit that generated the referral reward.
• Credits may not be combined with certain promotions or discounts.
• Credits may expire if not used within a reasonable time.

Additional Terms

• This program is intended for normal customer referrals. Abuse, misuse, or attempts to manipulate the program may result in credits being refused or removed.
• We reserve the right to approve, deny, or cancel any referral credit at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to modify or end this program at any time without notice.
• All services remain subject to our normal policies, pricing, and approval.
